The Mazda 3 HID Package has been developed and tested to ensure both quality fitment as well as maximum light output with the stock Mazda headlight housing. Our kits include the modified brackets to mount the new HID bulbs that most other companies will require you to purchase separately. Premium Ballasts - XenonSupply Premium AC HID Ballasts use the latest generation technology with both CANBus Decoders as well as Anti Flicker Capacitors built into the unit. Premium Ballasts are built with thicker aluminum casing for better durability and heat dissipation, a rubber gasket seal for waterproof operation, and an epoxy filled inner chamber that improves shock absorption. Premium Ballasts offer quality construction and excellent power output for optimal results with your HID Conversion.
Our Premium CANBus Ballasts have a high tolerance threshold and are preferred by our customers with new or high-end luxury vehicles that now have complex electrical systems. Our HID kits start up without delay delivering a constant light output with exceptional brightness and longevity. With our standardized wiring connectors, our kits are compatible with almost all aftermarket kits on the market.
Slim Ballasts - Slim Ballasts reduce the size of our ballast by roughly 50% while maintaining the same input and output current/wattage requirements as well as function. Slim Ballasts in general are smaller, lighter, and easier to install than a regular size ballast without sacrificing quality or performance! All of our kits come with double sided 3M mounting tape that makes installation a breeze. Clean your working surface to remove surface debris and grease and press firmly. That's all it takes to securely install your Slim Ballasts to the chassis. When purchasing a package with upgraded Premium CANBus Ballasts, we’ll upgrade to the Slims free of charge.

Relay Wiring Harness - Want to isolate power from your other aftermarket/OEM Electronic accessories? Use this Relay Wiring Harness and draw power directly from the battery. DRL Capacitor - Are you an Non-US Customer? If your low beam headlights also operate as your Daytime Running light, you will need both the Accessory Wiring Harness as well as DRL Capacitor to ensure your lights comply with your local laws. This system will allow your HIDs to work as the DRL light during the day and prevents flickering issues from occurring due to DRL reduced power output to the system.

We are consumers and customers like yourself and we understand that your satisfaction comes first. We stand by our products, which is why we offer a 1 year hassle-free replacement warranty on all of our Standard Kits and bulbs, and 3 years on our Premium CANBus Ballasts. We take pride in the products and service we provide. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products or our service in the first 30 days, we will refund 100% of your purchase price*.

Warranty ballast DO need to be shipped back to XenonSupply after receiving a replacement, a return label may be provided for the ballast depending on the cause of damage. Once a replacement item has been received and installed, the customer must return the defective ballast to XenonSupply.
Warranty bulbs do not need to be shipped back to XenonSupply prior to receiving a replacement. Once a replacement item has been received and installed, the customer must provide a photo of the defective items with the wires cut as proof. Photos must be submitted to email@example.com either as an attachment, or a viewable link.
Additionally, all warranties cover only ONE replacement of the original products purchased and are non-transferable. Our warranty does not cover replacement of replacements. Our products are rated to last well beyond 3 years, and in rare cases where a customer's car is prematurely shortening the lifespan of our products either due to vehicle electrical issues or customer misuse, including but not limited to improper mounting of ballasts, auto collision/accidents, damage by customer, improper installation with daytime running lights (DRLs), installation on high beams, etc., it will void our replacement warranty.
*Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if the order qualified for free shipping, a flat $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted.
XenonSupply Return Policy:
XenonSupply offers a standard 30 day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products purchased through XenonSupply, it may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The returned items must be in good condition with the original packaging and accessories. Upon inspection of a returned package, any items missing or damaged will have their value deducted from the total refund amount based on the current price of the item. Shipping costs on return items will be paid for by the customer. *Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if the order qualified for free shipping, a flat $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted.

How to process a return:
If you wish to return your item, you must first contact a XenonSupply Support Agent. Once you receive confirmation from a support agent, packages must be sent to the following address:

XenonSupply is not responsible for lost or damaged items. It is recommended the customer save the tracking information for their return package in order to confirm delivery.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact a Technical Support Agent as soon as possible. We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective/incorrect part if necessary. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. Customer is responsible to notify us with the issue by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the images of the incorrect or damaged product received as a photo attachment.
If requesting a warranty replacement of any item, upon receipt of the warranty replacement, the defective items' wires must be cut and a photo must be submitted to email@example.com to avoid chargebacks to your account.
Manufacturer Warranty covers the merchandise(s) sold only. Any warranty of the installation of the product is the responsibility of the individual, shop, or technician who performed the installation. Our warranty is only valid with proof of sale from XenonSupply.com. A proof of installation is required for all warranty claims for HID Kits. Warranty coverage is non-transferable. This Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from water damage, fire, chemical spillage, acts of God, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, operation with un-approved aftermarket headlights and/or DRL (Daytime Running Light) feature, submersion, vehicle crash, dropping or by any other type of impact. Color issues, such as discoloration, matching or ANY modification to the system and components, or operating on a vehicle with a defective component and part, will automatically void the warranty.
