Honda Civic HID Xenon Low Beam Package Deal

Honda Civic Package Description:

1992-2002 This Package is meant for Civics using the H4 bulb type.  The Package is an additional $50 as it provides not only the low beam light, but also the high beam light.  This is acheived using a H4-3 Bi-Xenon HID bulb.  This bulb uses an electromagnet to change the position of the HID bulb outputting both low beam and high beam light patterns using your factory light switch.  Each BiXenon kit comes with a matched wiring harness for plug and play installation of all components.

2003-2012+ This Package is mean for Civics using the 9006 bulb type.  

*Aftermarket Headlight Housings:  If you are using an aftermarket headlight housing, you will need to confirm with the manufacturer the type of bulb that is being used.  Most Aftermarket headlight housings DO NOT use the same OEM bulb types.  A typical Aftermarket headlight housing uses either an H1 or H3 bulb base.  Contact us for additional details and make sure you purcahse the right products the first time.  Please contact us through our support page.

Premium Ballast Upgrade - XenonSupply Premium AC HID Ballasts use the latest generation technology with both CANBus Decoders as well as Anti Flicker Capacitors built into the unit.  Premium Ballasts are built with thicker alluminum casing for better durability and heat dissipation, a rubber gasket seal for waterproof operation, and an epoxy filled inner chamber that improves shock absorbtion.  Premium Ballasts ofer quality construciton and excellent power output for optimal results with your HID Conversion.  Premium ballasts can be upgrade to Premium Slims that reduces their size for easier installation.

Accessory Relay Wiring Harness - Want to isolate power from your other aftermarket/OEM Electronic acceessories?  Use this relay wiring harness and draw power directly from the battery.  AMP Style Waterproof plugs ensure a plug and play insatllation with this harness with direct compatibility wit your XenonSupply HID Kit.

*V in - Minimum and Maximum voltage ballast can input over a short period of time

*V norm - Recommended voltage to properly operate the HID ballast

*I norm - Average input amerperage by the ballast.  Most vehicles allow up to 10amps draw from the stock vehicle harness

Warranty Items DO NOT need to be shipped back to XenonSupply prior to receiving a replacement.  Once a replacement item has been received and installed, the customer must provide a photo of the defective items with the wires cut as proof.  Photos must be submitted to Help@xenonsupply.comeither as an attachment, or a viewable link.

XenonSupply Return Policy:

XenonSupply offers a standard 60 day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products purchased through XenonSupply, it may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The returned items must be in good condition with the original packaging and accessories. Upon inspection of a returned package, any items missing or damaged will have their value deducted from the total refund amount based on the current price of the item. Shipping costs on return items will be paid for by the customer. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to process a return:
If you wish to return your item, you must first contact a XenonSupply Support Agent and request an RMA number.  Once an RMA number has been issued, packages must be sent to the following address:

XenonSupply is not responsible for lost or damaged items.  It is recommended the customer save the tracking information for their return package in order to confirm delivery.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
If your product(s) arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact a Technical Support Agent as soon as possible.  We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective/incorrect part if necessary.  Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days.  Customer is responsible to notify us with the issue by sending an email to help@xenonsupply.com with the images of the incorrect or damaged product received as a photo attachment.

If requesting a warranty replacement of any item, upon receipt of the warranty replacement, the defective items' wires must be cut and a photo must be submitted to help@xenonsupply.com  to avoid chargebacks to your account.
